UPDATED March 2021 This company is the epitome of superb service. For over ten years I've been using BAT at least twice a year. Exceptional high quality service from the booking phone call to being dropped off at our destination. Booking adviser was friendly and informed. He and the driver went above and beyond to help us out when we arrived 90 mins earlier than expected. Driver was friendly, smart and professional and his car was very clean and comfortable. British Airport Transfers collected my mum from Heathrow and drove her down to Exeter. She said their service was excellent. She’d allowed extra time for customs delays but was nearly 2 hours earlier than expected getting through to arrivals. The driver came out early as soon as she called. Their communication was excellent throughout. She said she felt safe and the driver was very steady and alert - managed to carefully avoid a lorry illegally turning across their path. She said they took the stress out of a journey to Devon after a very long haul flight, so very pleased with service. Will use again.

I have been using British Airport Transfer since 2017 and they have always delivered an excellent pick-up and drop-off service. They are always on time. Their drivers are always polite and very helpful. Their fees are also very moderate compared to other companies. They are highly recommendable!

Pick Up from Gatwick Airport
If you are flying into Gatwick Airport and require transfer service we can provide a meet and greet service and drive you to your destination in comfort. This means we will collect essential data from you about your arrival including your flight number, arrival date and arrival time. We will monitor your flight landing time and send the driver to the terminal with your name card. Usual meeting point at Gatwick Airport is by the Airport Information Desk which is very clearly signed and easy to find in the arrival hall.
