Booking details was very easy. The site was easy to navigate. I had a flight delay and was able to communicate the change via email. Driver was very communicative and safe for my daughter and I to our hotel. The only small issue was the driver was not waiting as I expected. I had to call him to alert him that we were waiting for him. He did come right inside. Great company.

For taxi pick ups from the airport to Essex, we offer the following as a standard service, all of which are included in the price. Flight landing time monitored for delays or early arrival. Meet and greet in the arrival hall with passenger's name card. 1 hour 20 minutes waiting time from flight landing time. (this is ample time to clear immigration and customs) There are no additional charges.
